TOS
▍ ❝ Design TOS .ོ Do not delete my designs.
Erasure of my designs will result in the immediate reupload + confiscation of the design, unless deletion is accidental.ོ My designs must be visible at all times. Exception being if privated for coding, in which case i must be given a key to ensure my TOS is not broken.ོ Do not colourpick or blatantly reference / rip off my designs. This will result in a warning, or even a blocklist.ོ Do not do anything strange or disgusting with my designs. Gore, dark & other themes are allowed, just no gross concepts such as proshipping, etc.ོ You may edit my designs & make major changes to whatever suits your taste! Just please do not change the design to be unrecognisable.-
▍ ❝ Ownership TOS .
-ོ Please do not add extremely strict TOS to my designs.
My TOS is here for a reason, do make unauthorised rules for my designs.
( unless you have been permitted to, eg. Ownership of the BA card )ོ I Reserve the right to confiscate any of my designs,
if i am uncomfortable with the owner purchasing said character. I will most likely provide reasons, unless it is personal.ོ Please do not trade my designs until 1 week has passed.
It's extremely hard to keep track of, when my designs are transferred through 10 people in the span of a day.-
▍ ❝ Payment TOS
-∝ Please make sure to have the money before bidding/offering.
do not bid what you do not have.∝ Do not harass other bidders.∝ Please bid in a chain. Please do not delete your bids.
Doing so will result in a strike, and then a blacklist.-
▍ In Terms of usd:
-∞ If you have bid usd, please keep in mind that i primarily use Paypal invoice, which allows me to invoice most other payment apps (cashapp, kofi, Zelle, etc.)∞ After your offer has been accepted by me,
Emails are often required - as it is the easiest way for me to send you an invoice.∞ I will not transfer the character to you until payment
has been completed, to avoid Fraud & theft.∞ Holds:
I allow holds of up to 2 weeks for amounts under 120$
For amounts exceeding 200$, i accept holds of 1 month
- Please have the money by the agreed date.
Please notify me if there are any issues that prevent you from paying the agreed amount, we may work something out.∞ A deposit of 20% is required for holds of amounts over 200.-
▍ In terms of Art or trades:
-♭ In terms of art, please have your piece done within 2 - 4 weeks at the latest, unless different schedules have been discussed beforehand.♭ When offering characters in your toyhouse, please state beforehand if there are any offlimits.♭ Keep in mind my Preferences when offering.♭ Please do not be vague with your art offers.
A simple "i can offer art" won't suffice
(unless you are providing a list to choose from)
as i cannot accurately assume how much art you are offering.
